This is a late review, we stayed here last 2009. We stayed at Casa Linda Inn (which is owned by an actor, Matthew Mendoza) for only Php1300 per night with 4 beds and private bathroom. we enjoyed our stay there. They offered nice breakfast at the Wooden veranda. The bathroom was clean and the room was quiet spacious. Further, it is located in a small quiet lane. All in all good value for money.
