This is a beautiful hotel, though a bit expensive as far as the Philippines go (approx $200USD per night in peak season). I've stayed in both the beachfront and back areas. Back area is across the road, but it is infinitely better. Beachfront you're most likely looking overtop some huts and through trees and can't see the beach clearly. Also,... More

Nicest beachfront in station 1. The rooms are pretty and clean, the breakfast selection is limited and does not cater to people who are not pork-eaters. The service is ok, but obviously, customer satisfaction is not top priority. We did not appreciate that they were banging at our door at 1215nn for us to vacate it. I mean, fine so... More

A really wonderful place for the family. I was a bit apprehensive when I read some of the negative reviews from earlier this year, but after our experience I have come to realize that different people are looking for different things. The staff absolutely bends over backwards to make you feel welcome. I paid a bit of a premium to... More

We booked this hotel around December, and from the moment we arrived on the island everything was perfect. One of the staff was already waiting when we got there, and after our boat ride to the island we had another car take us on 15 minute ride to the hotel. When we arrived ( at around 8am ) we were... This place has probably the widest beach front in Boracay (station 1). The staff are all super friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and has a great "homey" feeling. We stayed for a total of 4nights and 5days, we wished it could be longer. The breakfast was great and we filled to our hearts content. Another plus was... More

The Sea wind is a fantastic resort on an excellent stretch of beach. They are 10 min walk from the busy part but their beach section is clean and pristine. I would stay no where else. Their room are very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and polite, they are totally focused on making the stay the best possible... More

The trasfer was excellent - we availed their transfers package catclan to the hotel and from the hotel to kalibo. They even have their own boat. Sea transfers were very smooth and hassle free. Rooms - a bit outdated , need some renovtions. Location - beach front. Food - great, tried their dinner and breakfast buffets. Value for Money -... More

Cons: Old, nothing special. Felt like a motel. Wi-fi was horrible or maybe it was just room 8. Room felt dungeon-y. Dark, low ceiling, bad lighting. Dead mosquitoes on beds everyday. Bathroom dank and dated. Pros: Staff very pleasant and attentive. Housekeeping very efficient. That's why I added a star. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you are looking... More

Accommodation for our first trip to Boracay was more or less chosen for us as we were attending a wedding, which was taking place at Sea Wind Resort. Since many of the guests, along with the bridal party, were staying there it made sense to stay too. Our package included round trip airport transfers, so on arrival at Caticlan Airport,... More

I stayed at the Sea Wind Resort on Boracay beach for an extended weekend. I chose this resort because it is located north of the beach outside the main area where all the commercial activity and also the night life is happening. So it's a bit quieter there. I arrived early in the morning. I took a transfer arranged by... More
