1) Swimming - Under Maintenance ( Fine, understandable) 2) Room are in such poor quality, even budget "Hotel" seem more neat and well-maintain. 3) Light spoil 4) Fan so dirty 5) There's nothing to do at all, 24/7 stay inside room? (Must well we celebrate at home) 6) This place look so worn off, like some haunted place. Previous "Aloha Changi" is much better than now.. Fyi i'm not a fussy person, usually i'm the one anything also can. This abit too much to accept, I dont expect quality to be as good as hotel but i cant accept that it so worse till im speechless. I hope "CherryLoft" Management do something about it, put yourself in customer feel and honestly your price isnt that cheap* "We get what we paid for"

1)The door was stuck when we came in, cannot even open door wide. 2)Ants were crawling on the bed. 3)The bed frame was falling apart. 4)The ceiling fan in the room broke down, cannot even on. 5)The air con doesn't blow cool air even at highest fan speed, and coolest temperature. It can be seen that the air con has not been serviced in years. 6)The grass is long, weeds found around the lawn. Overall, the chalet WAS a good place, but it is poorly managed. I don't think I am coming back here again.

Has to pay $70 just because we did not push in the beds, and another $10 for a stain on the bedsheet that is washable. Swimming pool was terrible, had poop in it and was green in colour. Kids from my family went in and said it smells terrible. It was meh, toilet had insects crawling around. TV is not working as how it’s supposed. (Had to bring own consoles to play on it as it is not a TV)

Pool under maintenance. Booked mainly for the bbq pit. Great for family bbq but too little chairs and table. No key for bedroom doors so Ensure that doors don’t lock or difficult to open door without help.

Stayed for 4 nights and was so dissapointed that the swimming was closed due to maintenance. Swimming pool water was green in color (algae)...therefore closed for servicing. TV was unavailable..which make our stay even more boring. No TV and No swimming pool. Not sure when both of them are going to be back to service. Chalet shd have informed us or something. The other things are alright. Standard. We found out that the behind gate is already open for access...so its a shortcut to Downtown east. Othr thing was... we were the only ones left at the chalet the other night. And management did not open de lights there, thus is was SUPER SUPER dark...because only our chalet light was on. The pavement and evrythg out there was in darkness. Should hve at least open up the lights (which dey did the next night).

Badly maintained is an under statement. Horrendous is somehow more acceptable. Being in a transit to Singapore, i chose to stay there due to proximity to the airport, as a single guest. Safety & Security is a major concern. My doors glass was shattered in the middle of the night, and i only knew when the manage Dan knocked my door in the afternoon. Wanting to watch the CCTV, i realised that the place was a joke. CCTV right at one corner covering such a large area! Sadly nothing could be seen and i paid $200. If someone breaks into your chalet, dont expect the CCTV to support any investigation. Bed bugs are at all corners, badly bitten. This is all just the tip of the iceberg, and my decision to leave immediately, although i had another day was when Dan (the manager) and his gang came knocking on my door at 1120pm, demanding to make the payment for the glass immediately. I was like WTF, at 1120pm, serious? Why do they even bother collecting deposit. Highly not recommended! A stain in the beautiful eastern side of Singapore.

I was charged 20 SGD for a dirt in the towel and bedsheet that’s washable by water. The so-called “stain” was a colored hair wax that can be wash by water and can be removed by regular washing. It’s like we have to pay for their laundry???

Firstly, they have a very strict policy despite having VERY BAD service and house keeping. They told us that we had to pay approximately $30++ for any stains left behind when the beds had already been stained. It is also stated that we were not allowed to make loud noises after 10:30pm but alot of rooms were blasting their music which hindered us from sleeping.(until early in the morning) The staff were aware and saw the scene themselves but THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Furthermore, the air conditioning is REALLY HORRIBLE. My 9 year old cousin had to suffer the heat inside the room and he claimed that it was way cooler outside. The room also had alot of insects, mostly mosquitos. Above all, we found POOP. Literally FAECES below the bed. The smell kept us all feeling disturbed so we reported it. To our surprise, the staff who went into the room to remove it showed absurd attitude. He rudely took the bed away and slammed the door. He did not even bother to apologise for their poor house keeping. We asked if they actually cleaned the room before they gave it to us because everything in the room was plain dirty. Even their curtains were already dull and had algae all over it. However, the staff just turned his back on us and left. This is our experience in CherryLoft Resort.. Yes, it's cheap. BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT. My family who travelled here from Japan and the Phillippines just wanted to have a fun and comfortable time with us during the March Holidays. However, because of our experience in this resort, everyone was upset. THEY DID NOT FEEL ANY COMFORT FROM THE RESORT AT ALL. Poor house keeping, poor service and rude staff. LITERALLY THE WORST RESORT WE'VE BEEN TO. My aunt from Japan who travels alot was utterly shocked as she did not expect Singapore, a first world and clean country to have such a place. MY FAMILY AND I DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE. WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO SUFFER THE SAME CASE AS US.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday here. Stayed in Duplex Chalet. Just okay for bbq party. Resort is already old. Aircon is not cold, room has basic materials. You can rent a long table for $5, chairs 4 for $5. You also need to bring a bbq chrome net. Only good thing is each room has a bbq pit and they are not strict about the noise. So you can party and play music as you want. Resort is quite strict about cancellation and modification of stay date so make sure to book only once you’re fully decided to stay. There’s a $100 deposit and it is refundable upon check out. Also, it’s quite strange that we need to do the inventory of materials and appliances in the room upon check in. But overall, okay to do bbq parties here. Better if they can renovate the place.
