Very good price to quality ratio. Nice swimming pool (operating only till 18:00). Rooms are small, but quite clean. There is a small fridge and safe in room. 2x 0,5l water bootles, tea, coffee, clean sheets and towels are provided every day. Toilet and shower share same spot. Novena area is quite far from most of tourist attractions. Bus stops are very close, but MRT station like 15 min walk which is far in this climat conditions. Walls are thin, so if your neighbours are loud you will hear it. I menage to check-in early without any fee. Baggage storage is available. Nice and polite stuff, especially old door man.

I've actually booked this weekend getaway to visit Singapore from Nov 3 - 5, 2023. From the moment i arrived and checked-in, the staff at the reception look like they have a bad day every single day (terrible mood and very unfriendly). Not only that, but also the room they gave me smells like mold as you can see in my pictures below and it was very not hygienic at all. I asked to change the room and the staff refused even though it's obvious that there was a mold stench, claiming that this is the only room available in that tier (as if it's my fault that this room has a mold problem because obviously, i wouldn't pay a single penny to have such a toxic stay in a foreign country). I have suffered for these 2 nights to the extent that I'd stay out of the hotel for the whole day even if I'm doing nothing just to avoid this experience, this is very harmful to any person's health and the room wasn't even cleaned up for my whole 2 nights of stay even though i asked for house keeping and refilling my water bottles (which actually never happened... Unbelievable service). If i'd put a value to this hotel, it'd obviously be "WORTHLESS". This definitely ruined my travel experience drastically, and if you're questioning this review, you're more than welcome to ruin your vacation over there and check it out for yourself.

I recently went there for a stay of 2 weeks as my org. had booked the same. I found the Morning staff to be kind of "Rude". Was accompanied by a colleque, and there was a minor mistake in the no. of days stay was booked for my colleque (1 day less). We were trying to figure out how to work out things with the Hotel Frontdesk Staff, however based on the rude way of talking by both male and female staff it was looking that probably we may have made a big blunder, and addtional stay could not be accomodated. The Reception staff's (Morning Shift) behavior was very inhospitable. Even there was an Indian Reception staff as well, however to our utter surprise she was also tuned into the same behavior. We got an impression that probably this Rude behavior is common in Singapore and hence people are behaving in this way. We made sure to never visit this hotel again. Fortunately, during my next conversation with the Front Desk in the evening, I found some cooperative staff, and was able to discuss on few minor issues, and they were quick to resolve. Hotel Mgmt should take above feedback into consideration.

At all singapore is very expensive country so with this money you can just book this types of hotels and rooms . Rooms are clean and if you reserve superior room , you will have large window in the room but rooms are only 12 meters ! And toilet is only 2 meters!!! Its very small . Also lobbey was clean but corridor was very dirty ! And there was a bad smell in the corridors . Also staff are friendly and there is bus stop near the hotel but mrt station is about 15 minuts away by walking ( at all you could not reach most of the tourist attractions directly without change the vehicle ) Now i want to tell my personal experince , I reserved twin bed room and it was vert important to me because i wanted to stay 6 nights , But when I wanted to check in, they said that the room with a twin bed is fully booked and we cannot give you a room with a twin bed, and they said that you should talk to the travel agency of your country where you booked the hotel!!! In the end, they said that we don't have a room with a twin bed, and that's it, if you don't want to stay in a room with a double bed, we can't give you a refund, and they found an interesting solution to our problem, saying that you can go to another hotel !!!!!!!! And it was clearly written on our voucher that it was a room with a twin bed!And I did not expect this irresponsible behavior from this hotel .

Singapore is one of the best countries in the world and I thought the hotels here are the same but this value hotel I stayed in is one of the worst. The hotel room is very smelly and messy. Hotel staff are rude, don't listen to complaints, even breakfast is like feeding animals. This hotel was the worst stay of my 12-day trip. I request everyone not to go to this hotel.

I read very poor reviews of the hotel so I expected the worst of the room. However, small as it may be, I was most happy that the room that I stayed in was clean and devoid of any funky odour. I requested for and was allocated a room at a quiet corner of the hotel, and therefore, I wasn’t troubled by the lack of soundproof the wooden walls afforded. The room was small and basic; 2 bottles of water and simple toiletries were provided. The location was not central, but I could easily hop on the bus in front of the hotel to get where I wanted. Buses that go in front of the hotel are 129, 130, 131, 139, 145, 186, 21 … and I could check their routes online or at the bus stop itself. It is rather convenient to get to City Hall, Maxwell MRT, and even Vivocity directly by bus. To get to the hotel from Novena MRT station, the nearest MRT from the hotel, get out from Exit B, go across the road via the overhead bridge and take bus no. 21. The hotel is just 2 stops away. The bus stop in front of the hotel is called ‘before Jalan Dusun’.

Although rooms in Singapore are small but the rooms in this hotel are probably smallest, you can imagine this from following facts, the partition between two rooms is made of plywood to save space and you can hear easily voices from adjoining rooms, second the bathroom is so small that if you could take bath without touching toilet seat and washbasin you must be awarded. The total size of room including bathroom is just 112 Sq feet with No window or cupboard. The room is so noisy since there is No carpets in corridors that until everyone else asleep you cant sleep. Location is far from city, I paid 120$ for this without breakfast and now feeling cheated. Horrible experience. Although No complaint with staff

Nice hotel, with cleanliness, and friendly hotel staff. A bit far from the airport but still it's okay. Hospitality services are also top-notch. I would recommend travelers around the world to stay here for their Singapore holiday for sure.

Hotel is in deteriorated condition. Our group stayed during May 19 - May 23 and had unpleasant experience to say the least. The room is very small, the bathroom is also super small. In my room 705, even though it's supposed to be a double room for 2 people but upon getting in I had to book another hotel for my colleagues as the room is too small. The bed is super small, maybe about 1.2m x 1.8m. Im not a big guy (65kg, 1.65m tall) but found it uncomfortable. There's no cabinet for your bags, no iron and even no laundery service. If you need to iron your clothes you need to go to the car park and iron clothes there yourself. The worst thing is that room are only cleaned every 2 days. One of my friends checked in at 10pm and found his room in a mess as no cleaning was made. We called reception and they said you just checked in, should wait till tomorrow to get the room cleaned. WTF? We kept calling the reception desk and finally they sent a guy to clean it and gave new towels.

Been here for business stay for three days.. room is okay with mostly all amenities fixed in room. Room has view of city. Size of room is small and good for two. Room have little stuffy feel. Breakfast is served outside in a cafe attached to hotel with little veg option but still manageable. If ur landing lil early from checkin time at hotel you have to wait at couch. Staff will only accommodate you if they have empty room but at a charge. But good thing here daily they provide complimentary 2-3 bottle of water in room. As most of hotels provide that at a cost.
