The hotel is located just beside a big shopping mall with many shops and food eateries, an ideal location for my family. The hotel provides good service and house keeping. Service was prompt and rooms are very clean. Location is perfect, near CBD area, MRT (underground from the mall).

stayed at this hotel again last week. the club team led by anna remains the benchmark for me. Service and club lounge par excellence! Just renovated! The beds must be the most comfortable in the world!!

I stayed at the Intercontinental Singapore while on business trip. In my mind, this is the best place to stay in Singapore. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shopping and sight seeing. The lobby AMD the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. We had a club room and it was large and comfortable. The only drawback was the long walk from reception. Food was good and the staff in the lounge were efficient, perhaps though a little stern and unfriendly. The location was pretty good. I would stay here again.
