Great hotel which i wuould book again. Location at Orchard road is super. Next to shopping centers, Orchard towars and Brixs bar in Grand Hyatt. Cinema is also accross the streey. In the Marriott is a great bar which gets busy after 1am! Rooms could be cleaned more proper, especially the bathroom.

Great location as you're right where all the amazing shopping is. Room is average, service is inconsistent from different staff members for a 5-star hotel. My experience with Singaporeans have always been amazing customer service so I'm hoping other 5 star hotels around the area will perform better.
