Every process was smooth, from check in to concierge to restaurant bookings. Convenient also via the mass rapid transit trains (have to walk a little and through a shopping mall) and taxis. Breakfast spread was good and enjoyed the outdoor sitting surrounded by greenery.

Unfortunately the room we requested was not available when we arrived in Singapore. The staff were very apologetic and upgraded us instead to a suite.
