Fantastic Location, Service And Impeccable Concierge. Four Seasons never fails to deliver! Right from checking in to checking out and all the time in between our stay, the staff was readily available to assist.

During our recent stay at the hotel, which was specially chosen to celebrate our anniversary, we had high expectations based on our previous experiences with luxury accommodations, including those within the FSS chain in other cities like Bangkok. The hotel acknowledged our special occasion by arranging a thoughtful anniversary setup, a gesture we sincerely appreciated and which set a positive tone upon our arrival. However, despite this warm welcome, the overall service experience did not align with the high standards we anticipated. Upon arrival around 2 PM, we found our room was not yet ready. While we understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and guidance on how we could comfortably wait was surprising. When inquiring about an alternative place to relax, the response from the staff was noticeably unclear, leading us to suggest the pool area ourselves. Even then, the absence of proactive hospitality, such as the offer of refreshments or a menu while we waited, was felt deeply. Furthermore, we observed what seemed to be selective attention where certain guests received preferential treatment while others, including ourselves, felt overlooked. This inconsistency in guest treatment is not only contrary to the principles of hospitality but also incredibly disheartening, as it suggests a disparity in service based on arbitrary distinctions. This encounter left us reflecting on the essence of luxury hospitality and how it is manifested through guest interactions. The service, which could be described as distant and unengaging, contrasted sharply with our delightful experiences at the Fullerton, where the service warmth and breakfast variety were remarkable. Given our latest experience, we have decided that for our future visits to Singapore, the FSS will not be our accommodation of choice. Our decision is influenced by not just the service discrepancies but also by our expectations of convenience for shopping at nearby locations like ION and Takashimaya, which, in hindsight, did not offset our overall hotel experience. In sharing our feedback, we hope it serves as constructive insight for the hotel to enhance its service quality, ensuring that all guests receive the warm, attentive, and personalized experience synonymous with luxury hospitality, without exceptions.

Attended a wedding dinner at Jiang-Nan Chun on 9March2024. Great ambience n sound system. But the night won’t hv gone any better if not for GPS! Ms Goh Poh Siew served at our table. She went beyond her job scope of serving food n drinks. GPS took the time to tell us that the table gift was not perfume but was a room spray mist. We wouldn’t have known that as it was indicated in very small letters on the box . A very thoughtful gift from Four seasons I must say! GPS also told us the the appetiser wasn’t radish as we thought but pickled mango. Just when we were going to ask for more of the pickled mango, she appeared with extras served to us! Now … that what I call a person who truly served from the heart! Well done GPS! You deserved a pat on the back!

Hotel room was extremely dusty even after requesting 3 air purifiers. The main filter most likely has not been changed so even if housekeeping cleans constantly dust comes out of the vents. For people with severe dust allergy, this is definitely not the place to be.

Booked this hotel thru AmEx Fine Hotels & Resorts . Checked in was smooth and we were upgraded to the next category room with 4.00 pm checkout benefit. Room is nice. Had breakfast & lunch @ One Ninety and the food was delicious. Breakfast Buffett had lots of options and they were all high quality items.

This is one of the finest and well run hotels we've ever stayed at, anywhere in the world! We were greeted upon our arrival by Vivien Lee, the Director of Guest Experience, and that was the start of the amazing hospitality and kindness provided by her and the entire hotel staff. From housekeeping, who tended to our very specific needs, to the very helpful front desk and concierge, to Anne at the world class breakfast buffet, our experience was one we will always remember. We will definitely be back!

We first stayed at Marina bay sands. Massive and not personal at all. This one is amazing in service. Room was great, spacious and all included. Two pools with amazing service (water for free, fruits, ice cream all for free during the day. Also breakfast is top! And of course the Japanese Nobu restaurant! Best in town!

What makes a 5 star hotel is service above all else and the Four Seasons Singapore delivers. Breakfast and amenities are good as expected, but the service is what makes them stand shoulders above the others. I traveled with my 1 year old and the hotel set up my room with a diaper bin, baby lotions and shampoos (all-natural) and a pack of diapers + wipes (also all-natural). This was done in anticipation rather than my request, which is the definition of excellent service.
