Visit 317 Bar here at Holiday Atrium to have a refreshing drinks. But what makes us refresh is the bubbly personality of Ms.Crisphanie who assisted and serves us with her warm hospitality. Her vibrant personality makes the atmosphere alive and very welcoming. Kudos to her! Keep it up

The hotel is well located only a 5 minute walk from a hop-on hop off bus stop outside the Miramar Hotel and the main attractions are only a 10 minute taxi ride at Marina Bay.
We arrived early at the hotel after disembarking from a cruise and the reception staff were very accommodating in arranging an early check in.
The room was comfortable, quiet and well appointed and provided a good nights sleep. The quality of Wifi was excellent.
We ate dinner at the hotel and the quality and presentation of the food was good and reasonably priced. The only downside was that it is a Halal restaurant and therefore doesn’t sell wine.
A very enjoyable stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to potential guests.

Holiday Inn Atrium, Havelock Road, Singapore
A nice five star property, about 1.5 km from Clark Quay and the Orchard Road. Not very well connected by MRT but has a bus stop nearby. App based taxis are available aplenty.
Check in - very smooth, allowed early check in, took security deposit of SG $50 per night.
Rooms — well appointed, tap water is drinkable, all amenities provided. We requested for a high floor room with good view and got the same at three 25th floor. A Big Minus ——- No health faucet or jet spray available here!
Food — lavish spread with variety of veg and non veg options. The restaurant was little crowded due to the New year tourist season.
Room service — not prompt, but very expensive.
Overall —- a comfortable stay, considering the new year rush it was a very good hotel with trained and courteous staff.
Ps ... remember... no health faucet/ jet spray!!

Firstly - the biggest issue people have with this hotel is the location. In my view, the location was excellent.
We were never going to be right on top of everything we wanted to see in Singapore because not everything is within walking distance. However this hotel is a 10 minute walk to excellent bars, restaurants and cafes - all you need is a map. And if you dont want to walk there is an excellent bus service and taxis are unbelievably good value (cheaper if you book them, not flag them down. If you do flag them down never get in one that looks like a "premium car". Grab is good)
The hotel itself is perfectly clean, excellent food, and the service is great. The pool is also wonderful - a very good size and very quiet compared to other hotels (Some pools in Singapore are standing room only!) When we return to Singapore we will stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel which we chose again for our Christmas break because we had enjoyed our previous stays so much.
Wish to point out following which made us feel the hotel had dropped their standards somewhat.
On the second day of our stay, I decided to take a nap in the afternoon after a long morning of shopping and sightseeing. Around 3:30 in the afternoon the phone rang and I answered thinking this was something important. It was a call from reception telling me that I had given them only 3 points for the check in on a survey (which I had never done) and wanting to know how they could do better. I had to explain this must be a mistake because I had never done the survey they were talking about and this explaining took a while.
The buffet breakfast was not quite the same as before, some of the pastries felt and tasted like they had been there from yesterday. There was a large number of guests at the buffet (who most likely arrived in group tours) displaying certain habits which were probably culturally appropriate for them but did not fit in with what was normal in most other places. Examples were they pushed past us at the entrance while we were waiting for our turn to be seated, used their hands to pick the food from the tables touching the food that they did not pick, invasion of personal space at the coffee machine i.e. standing impatiently bearing against me almost trying to push me aside while I was waiting for the coffee machine to finish pouring my cup.
Something else that bothered us was the coffee, sugar and coffee mate in the room seemed like they were been rationed. We were 3 people in the room including our young daughter and we were certainly not excessive coffee drinkers. We just had one cup each in the morning and same in the afternoon. In spite of phone calls to housekeeping reminding them never leave enough for 3 people, the trend continued, which meant we had to phone every day.
Some good things that had not changed: I asked for a room with a good view like I always do and my request was complied with. The room was also very quiet and beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We stopped over for two nights on our way back to the UK and this hotel was truly excellent. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The location is ideal, a little way out of the noise and bustle of the city centre and just a short walk from the river with its pleasant shady restraints and bars.
As it’s name suggests the atrium layout with 27 floors serviced by very quick glazed lifts giving each ride a spectacular view of the spacious hotel interior.
The rooftop swimming pool is quiet and scrupulously clean; the happy hour bar staff are wonderful and the evening buffet meal has cuisine to suit all tastes.
We loved it here and will definitely be back next time we pass through Singapore.
Highly recommended!

The main challenge we had was resolving a cultural problem when sharing a room with children. We booked 2 rooms, one for 2 adults and one for 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 3). Despite confirmation of the above, there were no additional beds for the children. They agreed to put an extra bed in, but expected the 3 year old to share the parents bed. This is apparently the norm culturally in South East Asia, and the beds were certainly large, but is not the norm in the Western World! Fortunately we were able to put an extra bed in both rooms to solve the problem, but be aware!!
Location is ok, with Clarke Quay walkable, but Boat Quay is 30 minutes to walk. Taxis are good value though.
Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn style, but no pork sausages or bacon. The area seems a bit cramped where the food is served, but there is plenty of seating.
Rooms seem modern and clean.
Overall very functional and reasonable value for Singapore.

We stayed at Hotel January 2020 for the start of the CNY festivities.
The Hotel is a short stroll from all the nice cafes and restaurant area located at Robinson Quay, so there is loads to chose from for dining purposes. For Aussies, the Boomerang restaurant is a must visit!
The hotel itself is fine, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the room was ok with tea and coffee facilities.
There is no MRT nearby, but that will change shortly with new stations being built now, that will be great as it's outside the hotel.
There is convenience stores at the side of the Hotel for snacks, milk etc.
There is a Hawkers situated on Kilkenny Rd about a 10 minute walk if you want done cheap food, near to that is ABC cafe if you want really good western food and coffee for breakfast or brunch.

This hotel is very impressive when you see it from the outside and when you set eyes on the massive atrium upon checking in, and the staff are lovely, but that’s where the positives start to fade.
Despite how they appear in the official photos, the rooms are very tired, and that also applies to the so-called ‘renovated’ ones too (‘light refresh’ would be more accurate). ‘New’ carpet in my room was stained and was simply not clean across the whole room (thankfully I had room slippers), and the bathroom was identical to the non-renovated rooms. The ‘renovated’ furniture is cheap covered chipboard/MDF e.g. door to the safe was already showing its age round the edges and just about hanging onto its rickety 'new' hinges.
The ‘shopping centre’ next door (which isn’t really a shopping centre, just a few small independent shops and offices) transforms at night to what I assume are a series of brothels or else seedy massage parlours and on Fridays (and I am guessing at weekends) there is loud music playing in the bar downstairs and, being an atrium design, the noise floats beautifully throughout the whole building and into your room; it's more background annoyance than anything, but if you want an early night Friday (and I assume the weekends too) and are a light sleeper, then you may have an issue.
The bedding was clean although the mattress felt a bit worn (two distinct hollows where multiple people have laid and slept). As others have said, there is a very musty smell in the rooms which might in part be expected given the climate, but I’ve stayed in other hotels in Singapore where this isn’t an issue.
I did try the gym once, but the cross trainer was worn out and made a massive ‘banging’ noise on every revolution unless set to a very low effort level; pretty much unusable.
Wouldn’t come back in a hurry; there is much better in Singapore in the same price bracket and to make this place truly decent would entail a proper ‘back to bricks and mortar’ renovation, which obviously isn’t going to happen, and some joined up thinking about what entertainment is put on downstairs given the atrium design; some architect doubtless won an award and its visually impressive, but otherwise, aside from the wonderful staff, a very mediocre hotel by Asian standards and I won’t be returning.

Dear PhilLondonUK, Thank you for taking your time out to leave us a review and allowing us to check in with you during your departure. We receive your concerns about the air quality in the room. Please know that we take all guest feedback seriously and are actively working to address this issue, and we were informed we moved you to a new room after the issue was raised. We also understood that the age of the room may have caused you some inconvenience. We may not be the newest hotel around, however, our team makes great effort in maintaining our rooms to ensure our guests can rest comfortably. Additionally, do not hesitate to consider our suites should you prefer a bigger space! We appreciate your valuable feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future. Sincerely, Pauline Front Office Manager

My son and I stayed at this hotel as part of our F! package. We had no choice in picking the hotel but we were glad this hotel was chosen for us.
All the staff we had contact with were fantastic and tried their very best to assist in a friendly and efficient manner.
The room and beds were very comfortable so we slept very well. The air-con was ice cold which is a blessing after a hot walk around Singapore.
It is about a 20 minute walk along the Singapore River to Clarke & Boat Quays where there are bars galore and food to suit all tastes.
The hotel provides umbrellas for the guaranteed heavy rain showers which was welcomed.
The bar was a great place for a nightcap although, inline with the rest of Singapore, alcohol is appallingly expensive! You can navigate around by the Happy Hours to reduce the costs etc.
I would definitely stay again at Holiday Inn Atrium and thank you to all who were involved in making our stay so brilliant!!

Hi
Apologise for the late response. It's not a very large room. Maybe 3 can fit in
I'm pretty sure the entire hotel is non smoking, there may be designated areas elsewhere and outside.
