I booked this hotel for one night because of its price and location near bugis. I late check inn and early check out next day. Rooms are basic with many things that need some maintenance. At least aircon and hot water were running, tv with only few clear channels. I could not see or here any indices of red light...

great location, close to shopping centre, mrt, and bus station to malaysia. the staff is helpful .room is tidy but its clean and they have hot water shower. it's a good hotel if u are solo traveler.

Okay, so they rent rooms by the hour, and there is a mosque next door. But for its location and value, it is a gem. Singapore is very expensive. But if you are there for business or pleasure IN Singapore, and don't want anything but a SAFE SECURE place to sleep and shower, THIS IS IT!!!

I was staying in this hotel in Feb 2006, at that time the rate was $50/night. The real room look much more worse than on the pictures, the bed has bed bugs in it, the room is so old, the building is so old.

Hotel was booked through the Internet and looked reasonable from pictures available. (They must have been taken a few years ago)
The rooms turned out to be small, seedy and dirty. En suites were a joke with water leaking through the ceiling, and shower draining to the corner instead of to the drain.
