the hotel is located on the opposite shore of Valdivia, and is an old fashioned hotel, buffet breakfast style really average, self service and nothing to tell about.
When you compare this place with other hotels in Valdivia or this region you realize that the price they charge is a bit to high.
It clean, and well located that's it.

We had an event invited from colleagues so no real expectations about our accomodations. When arriving to this Hotel I felt very surrpised about the behaviour of the reception people as the gave me a superior room just for courtesy. Simpy incredible.
