Staying at Casa Kultour with Oliver is a great experience. He's very informative, and totally friendly. The house is great, relaxed vibe. We had a great time in Valpo, and Casa Kultour and Oliver were a lot of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.

Great location, friendly staff and traditional Chilean breakfast of bread, butter, jam and cheese. Decent coffee. Location is great - we walked to the pier, the restaurants and the discotheque. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well taken care of. They've got beer bottles for you to use and fill up - sustainable and saves money! Definitely coming back!

This beautiful hostel is located in the historical part of Valparaiso. On a clear day you have views of the city and the bay. The hosts are very friendly and they will make you feel right at home. Breakfast is included (and very tasty and filling)!
