The hotel is comfortable with large, clean rooms, and nice bathrooms. The hotel is right on Amazonas Ave, a central area in Quito - it makes it a bit noisy. There is a travel agency in the lobby area which was very convenient. It didn't have an elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. More

The rooms are large, plainly furnished & decorated but very comfortable and secure. The bed was comfortable and the room had a large wardrobe and cable tv. The bathroom was modern and spacious with a full size bath tub and jacuzzi. The rooms at the front suffer from traffic noise because of the hotels location right on a set of... More

We stayed here for 5 days coming from Florida and going to Cuenca. Rooms were roomy and clean, staff was helpful. Breakfast is iincluded and the restaurant food was fine. Airport is about 10 minutes away. More

Stayed here for two nights(Aug.1&2) before leaving for Banos. This was just a stopover place to stay and it was cheap...in every way. The staff was very impersonal, going about their business in a matter-of-fact way. The hotel is also housed a travel/tour agency but they didn't pressure us to purchase any, which is fine. It is also adjacent to a... More

The hotel is in a great location but the down side of this is the constant noise fom the adjacent busy road. The rooms were large but the decor was dated and shabby. You do get cable tv in your rooms and a jacuzzi. Staff are friendly and attentive. There is free internet access but the speed can only be... More

Not a bad hotel, the rooms are large , good position. Breakfast is included and is perfectly OK. As you might expect the standards are not the same as Europe, but if you need agood value reasonable hotel then you will not be disappionted at the Windsor. More

Had booked a room at a hotel a few blocks away and were extremely disappointed. We took a walk and found this place and knew we had to immediately move to the Windsor. We lost our deposit on the other hotel, but we didn't care. Try to get a room in the rear of the building so it is quieter.... More
