Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights. We had two separate rooms. One with a double and one with a double and a twin which worked out perfect for our opposite gender teenagers. The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. There was a shared kitchen which we only used to heat... More

This hostel is in a good location just between the tourist areas in the old town and the new part of town - both are walkable during the day. The facilities are good - there's wifi, computers to use, a TV room with Dvds, a good sized kitchen and good clean bathrooms. The area was nice and quiet at night... More

this is probably the cleanest the hostel i have ever stayed in .. in 20 years of backpacking .. new clean sheets everyday and they re-make your bed, the cleaning lady pulls the beds and furniture out and cleans behind them and the location is right in the middle of gringolandia and old town .. like most places in quito,... Great location in the historical centre of Quito. Dorm rooms are ok, no ladder to get up to the top bunk which was a bit annoying for me being a short girl ;). Friendly staff, place very clean and beds made every day. Two old looking computers which actually work very well, decent wifi connection. Shared toilet n showers, plenty... More

Hostel Revolution has a good location for those not wanting a party hostel and dont mind a short five minute taxi ride to the action. It had all the things you look for in a good hostel, foremost friendly and knowledgeable staff who can provide you with info on the city. Clean rooms, wifi, internet and kitchen. Only nitpick would... More

We stayed there 3 nights in a matrimonial which was a nice little room with a cupboard. The hostel has good facilities such as a big kitchen, heaps of showers, a tv/DVD room, two (unfortunately very old and slow) computers, wifi, rooftop terrace with an old foosball table and a little bar area. Unfortunately the place was pretty dead when... More

We were really happy with the nights we spent at Hostel Revolution. The place has a very homely vibe, which organically seems to encourage interaction with other guests. There's a quiet little bar where you can take in a few beers from the fridge, enjoy a cooked meal from the kitchen and just hang around. The television room is great... More

Well located between Old Town and New Town, good facilities with an excellent kitchen, the use of two computers with internet as well as a lounge/ communal area. The dorm was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and knowledgable, as well as willing to keep baggage for the day which is always a big plus.

The guys who run this place are really knowledgable about what to do, where to go an how to do it on Quito and they are really friendly as well. It is a quiet hostel as it is near the old town, not the gringo part. But really liked the old street and had much more fun there than anywhere... More
