Basic, clean hostel. Don't stay here, however, if you actually want sleep. Crew and clients are very young. Rock band is warming up as I write this. Last night, people stood outside my room until 2 am talking and laughing. Only stay here if you also plan to be out till 2 am. I crash around midnight. Didn't appreciate being... More

The hostal is ok. But nothing more than that. The dorm, o was sleeping in, is big and it has a balcony but it´s grey and the stuff in there is old. Matrasses are crazy thin, bedlinen is not clean and there were people smoking in my dorm. Furthermore, there is only one key of the dorm who "somebody" who... More

The location is great as it is very central. The room was very small and the bathrooms spaceious. I actually like the place for the staff (who waited up for me when I arrive in the middle of the night) and the restaurant. The restaurant has good and cheap meals. It is a good place as many locals also come... More

I had this room at the back , a kind of cell, not very clean , cold , sad . The cost of that room was incredible : 25$ the night not including a cup of tea for breakfast , from far the ugliest and most expensive place where i have been in 2 months would it be in Colombia or... More

Great location, very good rates, amazing city.... Fresh flowers every days (roses) all over the Hostel, fresh and good food at the rest., delicious Ecuadorian coffee, cheap and good Piña Colada at the bar, Nice stuff, etc The only thing is that would be good if they have more rooms but just book way ahead of arrival n sorted it... Great restaurant downstairs, dormitories are spacious and clean, cheap prices and all close to the centre. Really nice atmosphere.

I paid $25 for a simple room with a private bathroom, no breakfast - and the food here is very pricey, though good. The room was freezing cold, both in temperature and in decor. There are so many better and better value places in Quito. The staff did help me make my cell phone work.

Not great as a hostel, not at all. The staff seems to be busy with the restaurant the whole time. The receptionist didn't really know what he was doing: I was the only person at reception and it took more than 15 minutes to check-in (which only involved me writing my info in a little book and the guy opening... Not great, very expensive for what you get. Food is very pricey and uninspiring, room was ok but again more expensive than it should be in Ecuador. We also ate at their sister hostel in Cuenca and this was one of the worst decisions we have made in 4 months of traveling, expensive and rubbish, almost $10 for a sandwich!... More

Whe arrived after quite a long bus ride and took the recomadation from LP to stay here. We got a double room with a private bathroom for 25$ The room was a small and dark cubicle with a horrible matrass. It felt more like a jail cell than a hostal room. The next day we went out for about an... More
