The hotel's location is a big plus in every way. The staff welcomed us to the point we felt like family, catering to our every want and need. The cost is very reasonable for a luxury hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. We will return and HIGHLY recommend staying at the San Juan Hotel.

The San Juan in Cuenca is a jem. The hotel is decorated in even the smallest places in a fine Ecuardian style. Rooms are large, beds great, and baths excellant. The staff is the best part, always ready to help and very proffesional. Well located. I have now stayed here twice.

Gorgeous hotel & property. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast every morning included in room price made it a great value, tasted great too! Loved the yogurt! Location was great, everything you want to see in Cuenca is within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Cuenca!

We stayed here one night, and really enjoyed it. It is a lovely, charming, very clean hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again, should we return to Cuenca. Be aware that there is no elevator.
