I like that every room has large windows that open into an interesting space. It is 3 blocks to the central plaza and near good restaurants. Large bathrooms. Great price. More

By far my best stay in Ecuador. These folks are real charmers. Great rooms although I did have to change rooms the first night due to noise from the adjacent room. Nicely located in the historic district and close to the main features of Cuenca...their churches and the hat factory. Highly recommended and good on price. More

The staff were extremely helpful and would accomodate evry need. The restaurants were very good. Staff understtod some English and helped with our halting Spanish. No elevators and we were on the third floor. There were 22 steps. I know. We weren't used to the altitude and we got very tired going up the stairs. try for the second floor.... More

Oddly, our family stayed in the same room as the other reviewer, 304. The bathrooms seemed to vent into the master bedroom and so the smell became overwhelming in the evening.
