I like that every room has large windows that open into an interesting space. It is 3 blocks to the central plaza and near good restaurants. Large bathrooms. Great price.

Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms are a bit cold but extra blankets available. Good on price and charming manager.

By far my best stay in Ecuador. These folks are real charmers. Great rooms although I did have to change rooms the first night due to noise from the adjacent room. Nicely located in the historic district and close to the main features of Cuenca...their churches and the hat factory. Highly recommended and good on price.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way often. The location is great close to everything and very comfortable. The quietest downtown hostel I have ever stayed in. The restaurant had very good Italian. Breakfast was good.

We stayed there for one week and the smell never went away. The...
