Bad: Rooms are tiny, bad water pressure, noise from other rooms doors is loud, furniture is old and chipped, television is old and cable reception is terrible. Highly overpriced. Good: Clean, good service, nice restaurant, hi-speed internet access (but not very fast), no traffic noise, well located and secure. Warm water, climate control, clean towels/sheets.
