The b&b is only about 10 minutes walk from the main square and is in a quiet area. It is safe to walk back to at night. The owners are very helpful and will recommend restaurants, food, etc. The room was fine and had hot water, but got a little cold at night.

The owners could not be more pleasant & accommodating. After a 10 bus ride from Cusco I recharged my batteries for two (2) nites & could easily have stayed longer. It is well located, fronting a pleasant park, but easy walking distance to Arequipa's Plaza de Armas. I would return immediately & recommend it w/ no hesitation.
