I am a bit of a hotel snob but would highly recommend this hotel. It was immaculate, reasonably priced, great location and excellent customer service. I stayed at this property as well as the Puno property and couldn't find a bad thing to say about either. Breakfast is great too.

A quiet hotel with all the amenities. They helped book our outgoing bus as well as a tour in puno. Corresponding over e-mail was very responsive. They made things very easy. The recommended chicha 's which was very good.

This modern hotel is situated fairly centrally but on a busy road it does get quieter in early evening. Rooms very clean, laundry reasonable cost , reception service excellent. All slightly let down by breakfast. No fried egg or omelette and waiter pays no attention to replenishing food.

This was our second stay at the Tierra Viva in Arequipa and it was wonderful like the first time. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is fabulous. Highly recommended :-)
