We were 4 (50+) Canadians on a short 5 day/4nt stay in Peru. In Casita was the base for our tours. We spoke minimal Spanish yet we were able to communicate all needs with Rosa/Georgina through our broken Spanish English phrases and the use of google translation. We spent one night at MP/Aguas Calientes and Rosa stored our large luggage... More

The reviews were great and our stay was also great, but it didn't hit me just how well-suited In Casita was to us until my brother, on returning from a grueling hike in the rainforest, said on going back to In Casita - "we can rest when we get home". In Casita is several kilometers from the city center, but... More

We went to incasita after a terrible experience at another hostel and we were so very relieved and happy when we arrived in our room, no 5. So cosy, good beds with clean white sheets. Pretty and clean bathroom. Many blankets so you won't be freezing. And not to mention the hospitality of the owner and her lovely mum. We... More

The staff make this hotel a great place to stay. On my second day in Cusco, I got food poisoning. I was sick during my entire stay and was not able to move around much. The staff treated me like I was their daughter as I was traveling alone. They constantly checked up on me and made sure I had... More

As an indigenous person with very limited Spanish, travelling in Peru and wanting to see more than a typical tourist hotel, In Casita was perfect. Language barrier did not hinder getting to know my hosts who understood how to make people feel at home. Quiet cul-de-sac location, and intimate surroundings added to special nature of In Casita. Wifi too. Excellent... More

Incasita is in the flat southern suburbs, a 3 soles taxi ride from the centre. It is in a dead-end side street. This means it was one of the quietest places we stayed during 6 weeks in Peru. The rooms were light and adequately equipped. Yes, it was cold, but everywhere high up in Peru is cold in the winter;... More

The people were nice and the location worked for us since we wanted to be close to the airport. However, the bed had a huge dip in it and we were up all night. I actually turned and tried to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed, but it was just as bad. Agony! More
