Our hotel stay was enjoyable. We stayed two nights and left for the airport at 5:45am one morning. The hotel made a special breakfast for us. The other night we so much enjoyed their normal breakfast buffet with custom egg preparation. Although past reviews stated that it was cold at night, the room portable heat-or more than heated the room nicely if... More

My husband and I and another couple stayed at Unumizo this past January, 2013. We chose this hotel because it had good reviews and was quite a bit cheaper than the other hotels with good reviews. It turned out to be a great stay. Pros: Clean Nice breakfast They let us borrow the hotel laptop and take it to our... More

The rooms are clean and comfortable, they will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, it's a good location a few blocks from El Sol (the main street in Cusco), and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. They're clearly trying very hard to establish themselves, so if you're looking for a nice place... More

I was really impressed with this hotel. All the staff went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They picked me up at the airport and checked me in quickly. The rooms are very nice and super clean. Wifi worked constantly, which is a plus for me. One lady staff member walked to me the train station so... More

I chose this hotel because I read that they had soft mattresses and the quality linens. They did not disappoint when it came to the bed. It’s the kind that you sink into. The room does not have air conditioning, but you do not need it. There was a space heater. My girlfriend verified that it is capable of heating... More

We stayed here for one night between visit to Porto Maldonado and Copacobana. Only regret is that we didn't stay here all the time we were in Cusco. We stayed in this hotel because it was close to the bus station. The room was clean, lots of air. Tea available out in communal lounge area. It seemed to be run... More

We stayed at this hotel for a few days before and after our trip along the Inca Trail and to Machu Picchu. The staff that work there are truly amazing and will always go out of their way to help you and actually paid for our transfer to the airport. The rooms and bed were very comfortable, breakfast was good... More

All staff at Unumizu was excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. Free airport pick up and drop off, helpful advice, the cook who made the best omelets, the free luggage storage. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 4 nights, having planned to only stay for 2 nights. The third floor room we had was large enough,... More

This hotel is really nice and comfortable. I have been there twice in the last 2 years and I will go back to stay there next time I go to Cuzco. Owners and workers make you feel at home. I always recommend this hotel to all my friends that travel to Cuzco.
