I had a very enjoyable stay on my first trip to Cusco. Room was spacious and clean, service was very friendly and helpful. The interior was beautiful as well. Walking distance to center. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for three nights either side of doing the Inca Trail. The pleasantly furnished and well heated rooms we had were situated on the second and third floors with nice views from the veranda outside and were more than adequate with comfortable twin beds. Rumi Punku is a very nice hotel located quite few blocks from Plaza de Armas. We stayed at the top floor and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok, though they can improve, twice it happened that they were shortage of bananas and croisants. Regarding staff I couldn't figure out if they were shy or just indiferent....

We stayed here before and after trekking the inca trail. Immediately upon arrival the staff is very accommodating. Our room was ready and they carried our bags for us. I had the pleasure of spending three nights in this establishment. Everything was as close to perfect as could be. The hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a nice business center open 24 hours. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and very high-quality.

We stayed at this hotel with 9 year old children in April 2013. The triple room was very comfortable and spacious. Loved the hotel grounds too - beautifully decorated.
