I stayed at the hotel with my wife, adult son, and 2 teenage daughters. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very sad for what happened on that date, we regret everything that happened so it was decided to take all security measures such as security cameras in many places of hotel and get a quality staff well trained and skilled, so that for this way our guests feel safe, comfortable and a holder of hospitality.
