This hotel was a stone's throw from the Cathedral and the Plaza. It was great for walking just about anywhere in the city area. the rooms very a great deal. We heard music from the bar but it was bearable. There was a smell in the bathroom, possibly mildew, since the door always was closing by itself and there was... More

This is a great hotel! We spent one night here before and after our Salkantay Trek and we were very pleased. It is just steps away from La Plaza de Armas and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The service was also excellent! More

room had old carpet, creeky floor, and lots of outside noise. Breakfast below average. Room cold at first. They need to seriously upgrade the place. You can do better for this price range... More

This hotel is only half a block from the main square. The location cannot be beaten, however the hotel is not airconditioned and even with the windows closed, there is constant noise from the traffic, the traffic police blowing their whistles and the church bells ringing from 4.30 in the morning. Our friends had a room at the back of... More

This hotel was a mixed bag for me. You can't beat the location: half a block from Cusco's Plaza de Armas (central square). The rooms are very spacious, there's free internet and breakfast is included. The staff are friendly. The only problem, which I think is quite a significant one, is the lack of adequate heating in the rooms. Cusco... More

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Very convenient location. Our room was at lower ground and right outside our window, you could see people walking. So everyone could see you in the room. There were aircon facilities by the window, so it was too noisy to open. The whole hotel was dark - not to mention we experienced a total blackout... More

This was a great simple and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better. Definitely would recommend. They had free Internet when most big hotel charge for this service. The only tip to travelers aside from this accomodation is that when the tour companies take you to Pisac markets, be careful as the tour guides will... More

This hotel is located 100 yards from the Cathedral on the main square. The staff could not have been more helpful! When I arrived, I asked for a quiet room; I was given a small one in the back with the sole 'window' opening to a central hall. Thinking it too claustrophobic, I asked for a room overlooking the street.... More

We (family of 4) had prepaid 2 nights here as part of a package. They couldn't accommodate us aside from 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each, despite making reservations months in advance and traveling in the low season. That was a very expensive option. When our flight to Cusco was cancelled we immediately had a friend call the hotel... More
