A trip into the jungle with Paseos Amazonicos and a stay at their Sinchicuy Lodge - terrific. The lodge is beautiful, food good, rooms simple but very spacious and fine with private bathrooms. The guide was great, incredibly knowledgeable, capable and fun.

Because it is close to Iquitos wildlife is really non existent with the exception of a troop of monkeys that pass through to eat the hanging bananas.
