Casa Inca is a sweet little hotel (16 rooms) on a great location in Miraflores. Service is personalized and the rooms are comfortable albeit slightly small. Elaborate breakfast with lots of tropical fruits. The hotel is very close to the coast and the LarcoMar mall with some low-key options for eating out.

Although we only stayed here for one night, this little gem was perfect for us, particularly after a 12 hour flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was only a short walk from the Miraflores area and Larcomar. The breakfast was good, and the staff (and owner) were friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. VERY charming hotel, and location is the best in Lima - close to beach, shopping, and in the beautiful Miraflores area. If I ever come back to Lima, this will be my first choice!

This was once a family home and was turned into a comfortable hotel. It is near the ocean and the largest mall I have ever seen. Very clean. The owner is there to see that your breakfast is perfect. There is a very comfortable living room with 2 computers for your use .

I love this hotel, but the receptionist at the counter is very unprofessional, and rude no manners at all she can't even look at you in the eyes, I don't know if she has some racial issues. Walking along the beachfront in the best part of Miraflores, you'll see the roofline of the charming old mansion among the highrise. Are those Inca-style roof combs?
