We were blessed to be a part if a group GATE trip for 12 days to Peru. We ended our trip at this hotel which was a pleasant surprise. Restaurant service. Room service. Public computer off the lobby. All the comforts we are used to in the US!

I enjoyed every bit of my stay at Hotel Carmel. The staff were excellent and friendly, the wifi was reliable enough to Skype with video without problems, and the air conditioner was great! My room was always clean and the front desk staff were able to provide me with plenty of options for adventures around the city and provided the...

Recommended by our travel agent. This is a great Hotel if you are visiting Lima Peru. Location is great and service is excellent. We stayed one night and got a Junior Suite which has a Jacussy made for a very relaxing time
We happened to stay here because our other hotel made a mistake and did not have our last day reservation. We were pleasantly surprised and liked this hotel much better. There was a plug in the bathroom for both 110 and 220V. We had brought our laptops and cameras and were glad to be able to plug them in without...

Only one computer in the common area but wifi in the rooms (altho I couldn't get logged on). Bfast was good...

This is a good hotel in the Miraflores area of Lima, which is about 20 minutes from downtown by taxi or bus. Miraflores is a great district, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars and right by the ocean.
Staff is friendly, the rooms are big and well-maintained and the breakfast is decent. The beds are very comfortable, which is...

Across the street is Norky's Restaurant and they have amazing chicken!!! The rooms are clean with a mini bar, safe, internet and tv. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful when you ask...

The previous reviewer stated the hotel is not in Lima but in Miraflores. Correcting that! Miraflores is a district of Lima - one of the best areas of Lima, in fact! This hotel is very near the Inca market so if you are souvenir shopping, this is a great location to stay! It's pretty close to the seaside shopping and...

I stayed on two different rooms on two occasions, not ll the rooms are the same. Room 606 for instance has a spa bath, is at the back of the hotel with not much of a view, but is quieter, room 303 is virtually the...

not far from then Kennedy Park, maybe 6 blocks from the shoreline. Good service, clean rooms. Seemed like alot of car alarms were going off, but not too noisy at night (on the street side.) Not sure of room rates as I was there (twice) with a tour. Decent buffet breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Pleasant stay, overall.
