This was a great place to stay in Lima. The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and in a very safe part of the city. I loved the restaurant and that they have room service 24 hrs a day.

There are no cons to this hotel; it has a great location, it offers really great rates and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Staff is super nice. Good breakfast buffet and a great terrace for drinks. Free wifi in the lobby and rooms. Definitely a great option in Lima

We had a big room. The staff was nice. The breakfast was just ok. The location of the hotel was problematic for some taxi drivers. Good restaurants in the area, but because it was in an upscale area the restaurants were probably a bit more expensive.
