While pretty basic; the room was very decent and clean. We booked a 'comfort' room which had a heater. Regular rooms don't. In May we needed it as it got quite cold at night. The people at the "front desk" were always friendly and helpful. They arranged for our transfers from Cusco airport - everything was fine and reasonably priced.... More

Likes: The location was perfect and close by to the Inca Ruins. Quiet hotel and very clean. Friendly staff. Great value for money.  Modern clean rooms, lovely garden area. Refreshments sold at a reasonable price. Dislikes None

We stayed here for one night before starting the 4 day Inca Trail trek. A very nice hotel! Our room was very comfortable and nice and quite. We overlooked the courtyard which is much quieter than the street. The shower is terrific...plenty of hot water!! Breakfast was very good.

A little away from the main plaza but very friendly place to stay with free cocoa tea available in all hours to ease altitude sickness. Upper level much better as the lower level tend to be noisy with lots of traffic. Good breakfast.

This hotel was a great little place. The rooms were large and comfortable.
