I stayed in a double room here as part of a G adventures tour for one night. I didn't see the hotel staff much so can't comment on the service really. The shower was really cold in the morning which was really unfortunate for the other members of my group who started the Inca trail that day. The room was... More

As part of our G Adventures tour we stayed in this hotel. It appears to be recently refurbished and the shower and facilities were good. The staff consisted of a young couple who lived in the hotel. They checked us in then promptly disappeared, arriving back around 11pm. We stayed in this hotel prior to starting the Inca Trail so... More

We stayed here as part of a G-Adventures tour, and had a pretty awful experience with the night staff. The good - the hotel is well located in Ollantaytambo, and has been relatively recently furnished. The bad - it has been furnished on the cheap, and our toilet was already falling apart and some of the chairs in the garden... More

Secluded and warm welcome by the very interesting owners. Great service and cozy rooms, the garden is a perfect place to relax before exploring the Macchu Picchu. I would definitely recommended and come back if I could. The staff was very accommodating and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The warn and very accomodating service is something that we received like a heritage from our ancestors, so it is very satisfaing that you have apreciated it. We invited you to come again in the near future and enjoy another stay with us in the hearth of the sacred valleyñ Kind regards Mercedes More

The hotel is very close to the plaza and the ruines. Very clean rooms, generous breakfast and comfortable rooms. We had a room with the view to the ruins! Guys working at the hotel were helpful when we had questions and recommended what we can se around. Went to Moray and Salineres. Those are a must to see!

We initially booked at KB Tambo, but weren't given the room we reserved and were very unhappy with the alternative. We saw a number of other hotels in Ollanta town and this was by far the best for the price. The bathrooms are brand new, the rooms are a nice size and the hotel is sparkling clean. We did have... Reading previous reviews, I was a little concerned about this hotel. But it turned out to be an almost perfect experience. Almost perfect because somehow we had a coordination problem with getting picked up at the train station. Perhaps there are two different places to get picked up? Anyway ... the bed was great. Hot water was not a problem... More

Very well situated in Ollantaytambo, in a quiet street, a few minutes walk from the archeological site and near many restaurants and the «Plaza de Armas». Hot water is long to have for the shower and we had small ants in our room. The included breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. A problem is that the front door... More

Clean, great towels, good matttress, excellent views and inexpensive. Staff somewhat unorganized and on both days of our stay - limited to no hot water, even after running the shower for 15 minutes as per staff´s suggestion. Good place to staff if you are planning on getting up around 5am when travellers are leaving for the train station - every... More

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Ollantaytambo - clean, friendly, airy, and inexpensive. The little roof-top terrace is perfect for sneaking away with your breakfast or a book. The staff will do anything you ask of them cheerfully and efficiently - ranging from your laundry to bringing a little table to the roof to getting up in the... More
