The hotel is setup in a serene and majestic surrounding. very nice setting also. staff not very competent in the restaurant and needed help from us to help us calculate the bill?. anyway the place is great to relax for 1-2 days . overall all other staff were excellent.

Great place for couples. Not much going on around the town, but this hotel is a unique experience. Very quiet and great resting place. Food was good, but go early, they take a while. Go to their gardens and pick their fruit!!!! Their inka trout was pretty good. Make sure you stay in the 100's rooms. great place.

This hotel is definitely beautiful but the rooms are not as great as the general ambience, hence my 4-star rating. The bed was very small; there's no way to avoid having the shower flood the bathroom floor, and the cable had no English channels. The dinner we had we pretty good but not great. The breakfast was excellent, however.

Just stayed overnight. Lovely setting and interesting architecture and a very serene, peaceful atmosphere. In the morning there was a brief water outage but it came back on again. Enjoyed the stay because of the gardens and setting.

The maid service picks up your towels in the morning, the you don't get them back till the afternoon since they are washing them....only one set....beds are hard as rocks....the shower feel like a fire hose sometimes and other times like a drip... If you want a cheap place stay here otherwise there are more options and much better.
