The hotel's location is in central Montevideo, which has seen better days. So has this hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice, and that does compensate for some of the hotel's shortcomings. The hotel is well located in the middle of downtown but does not meet what I expect from 4 star hotels. Bed clothings are old an stained, although I'm sure they are washed.
