We paid 50 euros a night for a double room that was perfectly fine -- not luxurious but comfortable, with effective air conditioning and a very acceptable bathroom that offered an easy-to-use shower with plenty of hot water. Recommended by a friend I booked through the Internet agency "Outdoor Tirana" for three nights at Hotel Stela. Communication with the hotel worked smoothly and credit card pre-payment through Pay-Pal worked as well. I stayed there a couple of times when I was working in Prishtina since it was clean and it had AC. Every time I went there I paid different price.
