I like this hotel very much..Its in the center of the city,there is very nice hospitality,the breakfast was good,the room was very cute and comfortable..i cant say that something was bothering me,coz all was perfect..

Stayed at this hotel at the end of November. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed with all the amenities that you require for a short stay. Only criticism was the room got a little hot at night and that in the communal area it was clear that other guests were smoking.

For the price it worth it! nice rooms, nice staff, close to the center, and cool restaurants and clubs around, the breakfast is good. Nice staff, cool art selection thats why the name of arte. The breakfast and food for lunch is really nice, you dont see goons in this hotel wich is important in Sofia.

We visited Sofia for the first time. The Arte Hotel is located close to the centre of town, the staff speak good English, and were very responsive when we had some minor maintenance issue. The room was very comfortable with good facilities and the hotel is attractively decorated with artwork and small bookshelves on each landing.

Just what we need from a hotel for a city week-end: - Perfect location. - No thrill bedroom, but big enough, clean and functional. - Friendly, happy to help staff. - very affordable rates. Will recommended to friends visiting Sofia. Small note: the (small) double bed was quite soft and not to my taste. But this is subjective!
