As other revewer says its a lot better than it looks (which isn't difficult!)
Good size room/bathroom/terrace.
Staff speak a bit of English and can be vagually helpful. Central (close to the train and inner city bus station) and easy.
Believe that since I visited the hotel situation has got a bit better in Chisinau - but would happily stay...
