If you are staying in Bucharest, the Rembrandt is a wonderful hotel. The location is unbeatable, and not far from Cara Cu Bere, a relatively touristy restaurant with excellent and authentic Romanian food. The Rembrandt has two rooms, one which is a business traveler room. These rooms are absolutely fantastic, a combination of old-world charm, and updated and modern comfort.... More

This is among the most unique hotels I've ever visited. And that is a part of its charm. The restorationg of a narrow vertical space in the heart of Old Bucharest turned an abandoned old buildilng into a warm place to stay. The floors are limited to two rooms (at least that I could tell) that are on each side... More

Small hotel in the oldtown, surrounded by several restaurants, cafes and shops. Rooms are clean and charming, some might be a bit small when you travel with two suitcases (rooms 62 and 63 are small). Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is served in the café that is located in the hotel.

It was our first time staying in Bucharest and we came with 3 children and Granny. The hotel staff organised a taxi large enough to pick us up from the airport. The staff were wonderful and all spoke English. The rooms are enormous, clean and comfortable. We had a double bed and a single bed in both rooms. We overlooked the... More

I just returned from a trip to Romania, and was lucky enough to have booked a room at this fantastic hotel! Very friendly staff, perfect location, and terrific room (specifically, the top floor room with the balcony). The balcony room was ideal for 1 person, very clean and modern. The hotel also has larger rooms better suited to couples. There... More

Very good location in the action-packed old centre, very pleasant rooms. Breakfast is fine, with good coffee. I agree that the towels and toiletries are a let-down. I imagine it might be overheated in summer temperatures. I was woken by loud singing in middle of night on first night (they should increase sound proofing) but the other two nights were... More

The hotel has the best location, right in the Old City pedestrian area. The Van Gogh cafe is right next to it and it has the best smoothies and food. Nice and helpful staff, great room, early check-in, late check-out... it was a lovely experience!

I can only repeat the earlier reviews which caused me to book here. This hotel has the best location in the City!! I stayed for 4 nights in a Business Room, which was spacious and comfortable. Ok, so it has distinctly 3-star aspects, such as the breakfast (and please could you uprate the bathroom towels and toiletries which wouldn't cost... More

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. My room on the 6th floor was a very small single room, comfortable bed tho. The location is excellent for exploring the old city. Breakfast fine. Was woken around 5am with English drunk tourists in the hotel making noise. Would recommend
