Overall a good experience.
Rooms were clean, service was prompt and friendly and they were accommodating with changing needs, as we were travelling with a large group.

I found the Sheraton Presidente to be clean and well managed. The grounds and pool area were beautiful. It is an older hotel and should be on the list for updating, but perfectly functional as is. My room on the club floor was spacious with all the normal Sheraton amenities. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and...

The service was really above excellent. The restaurant is really boring and sub-par - don't eat here. The pool was huge and nice, but strangely chilly. No poolside service was easy found.

I don't know what the others are saying?
Yes, the walls are thin.
Yes, the place has a nice pool.
Yes, the area by the pool is nice or ok at best.
But the hotel itself is worn down...
One restaurant and one bar and grill as they called it.
I reserved through hotels.com and I guess they in turn...

This hotel has a great customer service idea... they are always asking "is everything ok?" it makes you feel like they are really worried for you to have a great experience, that's really good. When you chek in, they give you a ticket changeable in the bar for a drink "chichimeko" that drink was amazing... the best drink that I...

My family stays here whenever we are in San Salvador, which is often on account of my wife being Salvadorean.
Previews reviews are accurate. The rooms are a little dated, and during the Salvadorean summer, the pool area hosts many an event. A room facing the pool would make it hard to sleep when there is a wedding going on....

My first visit,11/11, was AWESOME.. Nice hotel,ABSOLUTELY GREAT STAFF.I planned to visit the hotel often, until after my second visit,1/12.....Everything fell apart. My reservation stated that I had CLUB ROOM access, but I was told I had to pay extra......They closed the club room on the weekend, and told me to go to the restaurant. When I went to the restaurant, they did not...

Many reviewers have noted things with which I would agree about this hotel. The food is okay, but not spectacular. The servers in the bar and restaurant are friendly, but the kitchen is slow. Rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. I was surprised at how everything was pretty cheap, although I do not have experience at other hotels in...

Stayed at the end of our holiday in central america. We were first put in rooms 108 and 113, which face away from the sun right next to the pool (across from the main building), but these smelt terrible, so we asked to move to the main building overlooking the pool. That was still a mistake! while this was the...

I have spent a total of around three weeks at the Sheraton Presidente Hotel in San Salvador in the last 3-4 months - my work has a deal with them so I have no choice but to stay there, and hence can offer no comparisons with other hotels in San Salvador. That being said, I have plenty of experience staying...
