This is a super chilled hostal, some of the friendliest people I've met on my travels so far. The front desk (open 24 hrs) are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. they can organsise tours to local beaches and san blas islands plus city tours and just really useful info about Panama city (where to go out, post offices, cinemas etc)....
