“the BEST LOCATED hostel in Panama City!”

This hostel is situated strategically at the middle of the financial district of Panama City. Everything is so near. Lots of restaurants, both cheap and not-so-cheap, 24 hour supermarket nearby, and since it is in the middle of 2 of the major thoroughfares (calle 50 and Via España), commuting is never an issue. “The safest place in the city”

I've stayed twice here with my boyfriend and alone, too. I can offer Casa Rica, if you're looking for calm, safety place in Panama city. You can walk in the neighbourhood either at night! My boyfriend and I stayed at Casa Rica a few weeks ago and had a great time there. The location is fab - near calle Uruguay for going out, very near a huge supermarket, and a perfect spot for catching a bus to anywhere in town. “Noisey at night, but great service”

The people at the front desk were very helpful, good internet access. Nights were a noisey because our room was just above others' patios. I would recommend staying here.

Groceries, eat out, dollar store and BUSES to everywhere close by. NO bed bugs. Bit of a walk, but eat out at NELSON'S. The locals do. Excellent Tipico value, and they have cracked eggs for breakfast!

Is not clean and have serious problems with the water. Very old and seems like the owners dont want to invest in new beds and so on...i dont recommend it.

“the Hostel has it`s own Parking place and it`s in a very safe area”

Zulys has a new owner. The staff is entirely new. The place is friendly. The people is nice. Please consider Zulys as an alternative when you come to Panama city

“the worst place - i had to leave”

this place is disgusting. the owners are rude and insulting although the fellow travelers were great and deserved more. i left after 2 nights and spent the rest of my time in this wonderful city at Hospedaje Casco Viejo - lovely staff, great location, fun and eclectic guests. do not support zulys! be warned
