We selected this hotel because we had to send staff members from various levels of the organization and our mid-levels stayed here. A good value for the $$. Good internet, clean showers and comfortable bedding. The hotel met our needs and was under $70.00 per night.

My husband and I have been staying for several days, and this hotel is top-notch for a fairly reasonable price.($65 per night cash payment)It's very clean, spacious, WORKING air conditioners, and an abundance of hot water. The people at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.It's also in a good location, within walking distance to good restaurants.

The price, location, cleanliness, and staff deserve top rating. My only dissatisfaction was in the lack of towels. There were only 2 bath towels in our room. Had we stayed more than one night, I would have requested at least a hand towel additional. My 1st choice of where to stay in the city from now on.

This older hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and stores in the area. Rooms were pretty basic, but the bed was hard and pillows were lumpy, not a very comfortable night’s sleep. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

First of all, they offer a decent discount if you pay cash and that makes a huge difference in the total cost if you stay, say, three nights or longer.
