Stayed for 2 nights when visiting the campus with my son who will be attending UMASS next year. Staff was exceptionally friendly & always eager to help. Had good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable but my son & I both had sore backs in the mornings.

I recently stayed at The Campus Center Hotel and was pleasantly surprised at the renovations. Conveniently located above the student union. Parking garage a short walk away via a concourse and an elevator ride. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, delicious muffins, coffee/tea selections, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. Would difinitely stay here again.
