Hotel room was not clean and when we called for the service to correct the problem no one came, we needed to go to front desk and ask for service again. Hampton Inn was much nicer than I expected. Service was efficient and staff was very nice. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love how they clean the duvet cover as well as the sheets too.

This was one of the nicest Hapmton Inn I have stayed at. Wish I was staying longer. Stayed only as a place to sleep on route from Albany NY to Boston Ma. Checkin was fast as well as check out. bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel is right off of Mass Pike (rt 90)

Found HUGE bedbugs in room #122. We stayed 2 nights and found them the morning of the last day. Hampton Inn only wants to refund us for 1 night. We now have to figure out what to do with all our clothes/luggage so that we do not bring them into our house!!

I had a wonderful two night stay. I was pleased to see the hotel from route 90 after a long drive. Close top Worcester but quiet surroundings. Tl. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Other resturants close by though. .
