This Inn is not owner occupied as the others mention - meaning no innkeeper. There is no one to help you with your luggage. Went for Christmas Stroll weekend. Was with 3 other couples. Not one complaint. Sarah the hostess was very accomodating. The owner Chris was a personable gentleman with great stories and tips. The staff was attentive. Overall good place to stay.
