Made reservations at an agreed upon price of $275 tax INCLUDED. Judy agreed to this on the phone when making the reservation. When we checked out she charged us $275 PLUS TAX. We felt right at home in the Easton House. The Inn Keepers were very hospitable and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with antiques. Large private yard. Close to town and beaches.

Good location, easy walk from Nantucket town. Everything on Nantucket is expensive (even at $2: £1) and this has to be taken into account. The location is great and they have a nice backyard to relax. The rooms are old and musty and could use some renovation. The rates however, tend to reflect this and you can often get good rates. I stayed at the Easton House in June. The owners are great hosts. I really enjoyed talking with Mr. Ross during breakfast - he was born on the island and can tell some really fascinating stories.
