Your experience will depend on what room you are booked, and the larger rooms are probably the best ones. That said, they are stacked with 2, 3, 4 beds in some. I was checked in to the back room and the small was musty, damp and the smell was overwhelming. I needed to move, but was unable to move until... More

I stayed at Hotel Casa Antigua for one night on Saturday the 5th. The room was clean and well decorated, and I'm glad they had complimentary internet. It was walking distance from all the great restaurants and nightlife, so it was easy to get around. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I loved chatting with Claudia, whose speaks... More

This hotel was amazing. The cleanliness and helpful people really made it a better experience. It was a perfect location, everywhere you looked you would find something different and interesting about the place. The rooms were all unique and the friendly faces added to the atmosphere. Not to mention, the breakfasts were wonderful. Completely worth it. More

This hotel was exquisite! The layout is extravagant, the staff is courteous and helpful. It is located in the heart of Antigua, walking distance from shopping, the Wine Bar, and more! I will definitely stay there again in the future! More

I've stayed here a couple of times and I'm very satisfied about the staff, the rooms and the service. Its location is perfect... Just two blocks away from the main park. The hotel provides the perfect balance between modern and colonial style. More

...with just a couple bumps. I stayed several days as part of a group (April 2012) and experienced 3 different larger rooms. First the positives- most of which have been mentioned by others: Great location, charming garden areas, pleasant decor, friendly & helpful staff, coffee and safe drinking water available, PC in lobby, good breakfasts, nice shop. As for the... More

We have stayed at Casa Antigua twice a year for several years now and it feels like coming home each time. The flowers are amazing and I love all the different areas to enjoy them - especially the main courtyard and the roof (with a great view of the town and volcanoes). The staff is friendly and hard working and... More

The hotel is very cozy and feels like an old colonial house (exactly what you go to Antigua to see). The gardens and decorations make the place very attractive and the rooms are well kept. It is just 1 block away from the central plaza and has closed parking 3 blocks away too. The people are very nice and the... More
