Odessa is a funny place if you are western european and the Arcadia hotel is excellent if not quite decorated in 'normal' european taste. The hotel however is great with nice clean rooms, helpful staff, a nice spa, gym and tennis court. it is also small and boutiquey which personally i am fond of. it is located close to the... More

Was in Odessa for business for 3 days, decided to stay in Arcadia Plaza. Hotel is located in Arcadia (summer resort, a bit outside the city center), has it's owned guarded terytory and looks quite impressive from the outside. Rooms are quite big with air conditioning, TV and huge bath. WIFI works only in the reception and costs 10 USD... More
