We took a driving holiday through Croatia and in most cities finding our hotel was a breeze – there were signs on the side of the road directing you to the hotel. So we knew we were in the vicinity of the hotel but the Kolovare didn’t really have a sign that is visible from the roadway – we must... More

Recently stayed for a week on business. Stayed in several rooms as electrical problems forced a couple of moves on my first night. Determined that some rooms are nicer and more spacious than others (without much rhyme or reason). Some hold outdated and poorly maintained bathrooms while others are quite nice and recently updated. All staff friendly and helpful, but... More

For a "tourist bus" hotel it was fine. The breakfast wasn't much. It was late in the season so the pool was closed but you couldn't walk around because of broken glass. It was walking distance from the bus station and to the old town - that was good.

It's a pity that such a great hotel has such a poor management, which allows itself to use the hotel's good facility to offer a poor service at the breakfast buffet. Went there on a business trip, and needed a good room and a good breakfast near the city. Good room I got, spacious enough, with a beautiful view of... More

We stayed in this hotel as a group of 15 and I was pleasantly suprised. After reading some reviews I was worried before we arrived. The rooms were clean, nice showers, balconies and comfy beds - all you could need. The breakfast was just OK, and they cleared up too early (9.30 started clearing around us). The pool was small... Rooms clean and comfortable, tv could do with more english speaking channels. Breakfast was buffet not bad but not great, will get you through till lunch. didn't eat otherwise in hotel so can't comment on lunch or dinner menus. Main plus is location, right beside beach and 5 to 10 min walk to old town oh and good pool.

Summary: Reasonably looking hotel, across the street next to a beach. Not too big but nice salt water outdoor pool. Poor set dinner and breakfast buffet. Small rooms. I would try somewhere else, next time. Detailed experience: Site - Not modern nor beatiful, no garden, but the rooms tend to face the (not too big) salt water pool. There's a... More

Location not bad, room OK, but restaurant appalling. Staff moved very slowly, buffet food was meagre, tepid and barely edible.
