Ruth makes El Reducto both beautiful and homely. Lovely, affordable meals, gorgeous rooms, wifi that actually works at decent speeds, attentive staff. They even brought me tea in my room when I was sick. Lovely, well located, can't recommend them highly enough.

Brahim and Ruth are truely wonderful hosts. We were wellcomed in a most gracious and hospitable way. After struggling through Tetouan with heavy cases it was an absolute paradie to be greeted by such friendly staff, allowed to go and sit in the terrace and be served a beer with olives. We arrived hot and tired after travelling from malaga to a lovely welcome. The rooms are lovely and the rooftop terrace is an excellent retreat. The staff are very helpful without being intrusive. We more than happy to dine in the restaurant and really use the hotel as a base.

On opening the doors of Riad El Reducto, from the hustle and bustle of the Medina, you chance upon a magical timeless atmosphere. Beautifully decorated, stylish and authentic. the hotel is fine, the rooms are clean and the staff is lovely, but we found much better places to stay at near rhe beach. If you gonna stay in tetouan and not on the coast, then it's good enough. other hotels in the city are not so good. otherwise, go to the Barcelo hotel which is much more welcoming

We were greeted by the Spanish lady owner in the street who guided us to her hotel. We stumbled over a box of feral kittens in the hotel entrance. A faux guide sits inside the front door and plies his trade at you. It is all a bit odd. The restaurant is nice.

We loved this hotel, the staff were friendly & helpful & the room was lovely. Ours was the economy room, and the more expensive rooms looked fabulous & would have been worth the extra money. The noise from the restaurant floats up gto the rooms, but that was the only drawback.
