This unlike the other hiltons I have been in right inside a shopping mall ! The usual Hilton services and luxury is provided. “Hospitality and very good location”

The great hospitality you find from the staff was a key for relaxing and have fun with my stay. Although you are in Alexandria, so you may prefer to have a sea view hotel, but this hotel is inside Green Plaza mall with different shops, coffee shops and dinning places + Cinema for entertainment.

“Very nice location and very helpful staff.”

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is near by everything. I recommend the hotel for others. The open shopping male is very nice, it clean and safe, a lot of different shops, cafes and dinning areas.

“15 mins to check out at 4 am”

It took the hotel 15 minutes to check me out - at 4 am. There were no one else waiting either! Earlier during the stay I had requested for tea at 3 am and guess what was the advise recd from room service? "Sir there is a coffee maker in your room - you could make it your self? ".... More

“A quick trip to Alexandria”

One night stay with my wife and two kids , was served as the best it could be.good rate. Extra bed free of charge, breakfast is great. Every one in the hotel was very helpfull,the hotel is in the center of a shopping area. The pool was very nice and clean and the food was excellent

“Price too high for the quality offered”

Price too high for the quality offered, breakfast not excellent as I was expecting from a Hilton standard. The large room neither justify the cost, cleaning staff also bothering guests. I don't reccommend. Swimming pools are outside and cannot be used during winter season.

This is a massive property, set up for business travellers and conferences. However it is attached to a high end shopping centre. Breakfast buffet has a large selection of items, hot and cold, european and egyptian. Dinner buffet was very well done too. Other restaurants are not buffet, but we didnt try them.
